Telegram Chatbot - Digital Literacy
To support the vision of accessible learning programmes for communities, Wildfire developed a simple learning-through-messaging chatbot mechanism for the Digital Education Foundation. This chatbot supports a variety of courses to help members of communities learn information and soft skills required to interact with banking enterprises and digital mediums. The familiar messaging interface allows the users to find the relevant courses with ease and interact with the bot without hassle. With the tech support from Wildfire, this digital literacy programme is witnessing rapid expansion across the country.
